Job: Professor of Medieval Art History in Zurich

The Faculty of Arts of the University of Zurich seeks to fill, as soon as possible, the position of Professor of Medieval Art History.

The future holder of the position must be able to teach all aspects of art history of the Middle Ages. It is expected that he/she will develop new themes in research and teaching that will provide innovative initiatives for the field of art history thus fostering collaboration with other members  of the Institute of Art History, as well as with national and international institutions. Applicants should have demonstrated excellence in research, scholarship  and teaching as documented by a habilitation or a comparable certificate and  by a substantial number of outstanding publications.
